JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kinger P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017 registered under Sections 394 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49812 of 2017 (4) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kinger P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
