Patna High Court L.P.A No.2245 of 2015(11) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 01-07-2019 This intra-court appeal arises from a judgment and order dated 10.3.2015 of learned Single Judge passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4181 of 1992 whereby the writ petition of the purchaser in opposing the orders passed by the statutory authorities under Section 16(3) of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 has been dismissed.

When the matter is taken up Mr. Uday Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant prays for disposal of the appeal in terms of the judgment and order of a coordinate bench in L.P.A. No. 617 of 2018.

Considering the prayer so made by learned counsel for the appellant and bearing note of the opinion expressed by the learned Single Judge which calls for no interference as well as the view of the coordinate bench in L.P.A.
