2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant on head by means of Khanti, iron rod and pistol.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons who have already been granted bail by this Court vide Annexure-2. It is next submitted that though there is allegation of firing against the petitioner but no one sustained any fire arms injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P. S. Case No. 888 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
