JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as far as the petitioners, except petitioner no.3, are concerned, they have been refunded the recovered amount, however, the amount has not been refunded to the petitioner no.3, hence, the petitioners do not wish to press the present contempt petition, except seeking a direction upon the authorities to furnish last pay certificate of the petitioner no.3 so that the amount can be refunded to him. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.5 to issue last pay certificate of the petitioner no.3 within a period of four weeks, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
