2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 427, 353, 332, 333, 188, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of total 48 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68208 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019.

7. The petitioner will visit Nadi, District-Patna, Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
