That, this writ application is for quashing the notices dated 11.02.2012 (contained in Annexure-2) and 18.02.2013 (contained in Annexure-5) issued by the Circle Officer, Kochadhaman in Encroachment Case No. 1/2011-12 asking the petitioner to show-cause in the circumstances set forth in the petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kochadhaman, District-Kishanganj, by filing appropriate objections in the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2011-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14968 of 2015(3) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 12, in case the same is still pending. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
