JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For staying the proceeding of Partition Suit No.1089/2014 Bipin Roy & Anr. V/s Mangal Rai & Ors. pending in the court of Civil Judge-1, Hajipur till the Registry Office Hajipur & Muzaffarpur will deliver the concerned registered deeds to the petitioners.

(ii) For directing the Registrar of Land Registration Office, Hajipur to provide the Registration deed in the name of the petitioners ancestor Dhannu Rai S/o Nathuni Rai, Chulhai Rai, Sukhchand Rai, Mishra Lal Rai, all sons of Dhannu Rai & Chulhai Rai @ Chulhai Rai & Ram Prasad Rai, Son of Chulhai Rai, registered between 1946 to 1970 related with Thana No. 92, Mauza Suthai, Thana No. 94, Mauza - Saidpur, Rajauli, Thana No. 95, Mauja Chakgosa and Thana no. 96, Mauza Majirabad.

3/4 (iii) For directing the registrar of land registration office Muzaffapur to provide the Registration deed papers in the name of the petitioners ancestors Dhannu Rai, Son Nathuni Rai, Sukh Chand Rai, Mishri Lal Rai and Chulhai @ Chulha Rai, all sons of Dhannu Rai, registered between 19101945 related with Thana No. 92, Mauja Subhai, Thana No. 94, Mauja Saidpur Rajauli, Thana No. 95, Mauza Chakgosa and Thana No. 96, Mauza Majirabad.

(iv) For directing the official respondents No. 05 & 06 to provide the registered deeds mentioned in Para 1(ii) & (iii) above at official level as per Government prescribed fee.

(v) For directing the Official Respondent No. 3, 4,7 & 8 to provide the mutation papers of concerned land as prayed by petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.

4/4 Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
