The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 152 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the joint house of the petitioners and one Pintu Singh. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 31.08.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51086 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Moffasil P.S. Case No. 261 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
