In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order containing memo no.351 dated 27.06.2018, by which the petitioner has been transferred from Kishanganj to Katihar as also the order containing memo no.363 dated 30.06.2018, by which the petitioner has been transferred Katihar to Araria. In the counter affidavit, it has been stated that the petitioner has been posted at his choice from one place to another place. First he was posted at Araria and when he was transferred to Katihar, he requested the authority that he should be
