JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the concerned respondents for disposal of his representation with regard to his grievance regarding non-grant of the benefits of ACP/MACP within a specified time framed.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file representation regarding his grievance before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks
