2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 829 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 126 litres of illicit liquor from the petitioner who is in custody since 18.08.2024. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67024 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court No. 3/concerned court, Gaya in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 829 of 2024.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Nala Raod, Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.
