The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case no. 202 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 384, 386, 406, 420, 379 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant Shobhakant Choudhary, Principal Block Education and Training Institute, Madhopatti was present in room of institute situated at Haily pad of the Institute, at that time, petitioners along with Santosh Kumar Jha, Clerk of the Institute reached there and snatched his mobile set and bag and started to abuse and gave

It is further alleged that petitioner No.1 Sanjeev Kumar Himanshu @ Sanjay Yadav and Petitioner No.2 Murari Pandey usually came at his office and create nuisance and also made demand ransom of Rs. One Lakh. While the soil was unloaded through tractor in the field, but information was not given about quantity of soil unloaded in the field. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, petitioners are contractor and were engaged in filling the soil in the compound of the Institute and in respect of payment dispute arose, but that has been settled.

Thereafter, informant filed compromise petition in the court of SDJM, Darbhanga on 16.04.2019, which would appear from Annexure-3. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent, except, Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018 instituted by the informant of the present case as detailed in para-03 of the petition. 2.
