The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 376 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the all annexures to the bail application as well as supplementary affidavit, it appears that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case by the informant because he has refused the proposal of marriage with the informant. Further submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that the victim is aged about 30 years.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50341 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
