The present petition has been challenging the order dated 25.8.2015 by which his petition appeared through Lawyer was accepted for the day with direction to appear on 4.9.2015 for framing of charge. Further on his claim that the F.S.L. Report has not been provided to him, the Court also directed the prosecution side to provide the F.S.L. Report as asked for. The matter is of 2015, when an order was passed for appearance for framing of charge.

It seems that lots of water may have flown down the ganges.

The petition has become infructuous and as such is dismissed.
