20-11-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 834 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, there is specific accusation against the petitioner of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant and in the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the victim girl has specifically named petitioner regarding kidnapping her, while she had gone for easing.

In view of specific allegation as well as statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
