The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri (Nagar) P.S. Case no. 291 of 2019, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 18.04.2019, the informant purchased half kilogram gold at Kolkata and handed over the same to the petitioner for his shop. Thereafter, the informant boarded the petitioner in Munna bus service for Dehri, but petitioner did not supply the gold at his shop. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is relative of the informant, was doing work at the shop of informant and due to some differences regarding
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59053 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 salary, the informant lodged the present case after 20 days of the occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
