JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 12-08-2024 This revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with the Order dated 19.06.2023 passed by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani in M.R. Case No. 214 of 2021, whereby the learned Family Court directed the petitioner to pay a monthly interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- to the O.P. - Wife.
2. Perusal of the impugned Order shows that the statement of the O.P.- Wife and her witnesses herein has already been recorded and the statement of petitioner has also been
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.658 of 2023(4) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 recorded, therefore, it appears that the said maintenance case is at its final stage. Looking to the above, without going on the merits of the impugned Order, it would be appropriate to dispose of the petition, directing the concerned Family Court to conclude the proceedings and pass the final order within any stipulated period.
3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, directing the concerned court to conclude the proceedings and pass a final order, probably within three months from today in accordance with the relevant rules and laws.
