Vide order dated 08.12.2017 six weeks time was granted to the respondents to file counter affidavit but neither counter affidavit was filed by the respondents nor grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent nos. 4 and 6 to examine the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of honorarium and dispose of the representation contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14846 of 2017(3) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 Annexure-4 by a speaking reasoned order within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after verification of the relevant record lying with the respondents.
