The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 120B, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that even if the prosecution story is to be true that the petitioner has purchased the said motorcycle then he was not aware about the fact that the motorcycle was stolen one. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019.
