JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bairiya P. S. Case No. 223 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per F.I.R. two persons were apprehended by the police and there is recovery of liquor from the motorcycle. Petitioner no.1 is owner of the motorcycle. Apart from that petitioner is an accused in two other cases also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the villagers have taken the motorcycle on the plea of purchasing the medicines and petitioner has no knowledge about the same.
