2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 224 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of the BNS.

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that he abducted the minor daughter of the informant when the victim girl went to school.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her deposition under Section 180 and 183 of BNS, did not make allegation against the petitioner but stated that she with her own sweet will and consent went with the petitioner. She has love affairs with him and she herself left the

Charge-sheet has already submitted and there is no likelihood of absconding him or tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the present case.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghoshi P.S.
