2. In view of the counter affidavit which was filed on behalf of the Anchal Adhikari, Kusheshwar Asthan, Darbhanga (respondent no. 6) suggests that the encroachment over the land in question has been removed by the authority concerned on 20.08.2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, so the writ petition becomes infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
