2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 384, 386, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some criminals were demanding extortion from the farmers and for terrorizing the farmers, the criminal had resorted to firing. Thereafter, the police fired at them. The petitioners are members of a Arjun Yadav and Maharana Yadav gang and they are involved in demanding extortion.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 01.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, even though, some co-accused have been granted bail by this Court.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The trial is directed to be expedited.
