2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 117(2), 109(1), 76, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the altercation took place because of the land dispute between the parties and the persons from both side got injured. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025.
