The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to the respondents commanding them to consider and absorb the petitioner in regular establishment from the date when juniors have been absorbed in the regular establishment.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to the respondents commanding them to consider and grant all the benefits which have been granted to the similarly situated persons."
