JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the application filed by the petitioner on 11.12.2020 for grant of arms licence.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the aforesaid application of the petitioner, if not already disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
