JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Both the parties are agnates and they are in inimical terms on account of admitted land dispute. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

No.50052 of 2017(3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
