This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.08.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Pipara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 478 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instruction regarding the matter and it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in this matter.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
