1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 31.10.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.20789 of 2018, the District Education Officer, Siwan has passed a reasoned order dated 06.10.2025, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge

Patna High Court MJC No.2704 of 2023(5) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 the aforesaid order dated 06.10.2025, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
