2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have attempted to obtain appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was never actually appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts that petitioner was never

No.67414 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Chmaparan in connection with Chiraiya P. S. Case No. 414 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
