2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is said to have killed the deceased due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It has come during investigation, that the deceased had committed suicide due to torture by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Barh, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Barh P.S.
