2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 18535 of 2022 to the extent that the condition of making payment of Rs. 5 lacs to the informant and furnishing the receipt of such payment at the time of processing of bail-bond may be modified, as the informant has refused to accept the payment and to further extend the time to surrender and furnish bail-bond.

3. Since the informant is not ready to accept the amount, as per aforesaid direction of this Court, the order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 18535 of 2022 is modified and petitioner is directed to deposit the amount in the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48515 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 Court below, as per terms and conditions contained in order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 18535 of 2022 with clear indication that aforesaid payment shall be subject to the final outcome of the case.

4. The modification petition is allowed.
