11. 16-09-2015 After some argument, Sri Durgesh Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 11, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that against the impugned order, which was issued by the licensing authority i.e. Divisional Forest Officer, Nawada Forest Division, Nawada, the petitioner may avail statutory remedy.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy.
