12-09-2017 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. R. K.P. Singh, for the petitioner and the learned counsel, Mr. Gopal Shanker, for the respondents.

Both the learned counsels submitted that the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.323 of 2013 shall govern this writ application also. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, it is made clear that the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.323 of 2013 shall govern this writ application also and accordingly, this writ application is allowed. The substitution application filed by the petitioner is allowed and the impugned order is set aside in terms of the aforesaid order.
