The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2094 of 2019) for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.06.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in manipulation of ATM Card.
