JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar State Electricity Board, Patna, now the Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited. The petitioner has approached this Court claiming disobedience of orders of this Court dated 01.10.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16662 of 2012 by which direction was given to the authority of the Board to ensure that the benefit of the revised pension in terms of the Board's resolutions dated 18.12.2009 and 9.12.2009 is paid to the petitioner within a period of four months.
In the show cause filed on behalf of the respondent Board a reference is made to the letter dated 08.11.2012 issued by the Joint Secretary of the Board to the petitioner in which it is stated that the pension of the petitioner under the 6th Pay Revision Committee has already been revised by
Patna High Court MJC No.2685 of 2013 (2) dt.21-04-2016 letter dated 20.09.2012 passed by the Deputy Director of Accounts (Retiral benefits) and, accordingly, the direction of this Court by order dated 01.10.2012 has been complied with. The said fact has not been controverted by the petitioner by filing a reply to the show cause. In the circumstances, this contempt application is dismissed.
