Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019. Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner is a member of a gang which cheat the people on the pretext of managing job. Coaccused Ram Lal Yadav has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 59163 of 2019. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

No.59690 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Barahampur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016/ G.R. No. 289 of 2016, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
