No. 201/2019 arising out of Alauli P.S. Case No. 92/2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that son of the informant was traceless, later on his dead body was recovered and section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added and it is alleged that some villagers have told the witnesses that the deceased was picked up by the petitioner from the school.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner she has not been named in the F.I.R. but later on she has been made accused on the basis of suspicion, however, except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court No. -II, Khagaria, in connection with S.C. No. 201/2019 arising out of Alauli P.S. Case No. 92/2019 subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the Trial Court.
