The petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014, G.R. no. 810/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kissed Ful Kumari. Thereafter Anil Mahto, the brother of the victim went to the place of occurrence along with 4-5 persons but in the mean time the petitioner with the help of other persons assaulted Anil Mahto which caused several injuries to him.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 22.08.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8575 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case no. 245 of 2014.
