Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 707 C of 2018 for the alleged offences under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
