JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 25.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture and assault after 12 years of the marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has lodged the present case on instigation of someone and the petitioner is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the present stand of the petitioner and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11112 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagadishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 248 of 2013.
