Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/32 Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act,2018.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the campus of a library and the seizure list does not bear signature of any of the co-accused. Father of the petitioner is also a co-accused in this case who has already been allowed bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid material and statement on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60226 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Birpur Police Station Case No.107 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
