2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023, lodged under Sections 376, 323 and 34 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim girl was kidnapped by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that the petitioner was one of the person, who had kidnapped her and thereafter, she was raped in Patna by the petitioner and other co-accused.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner was one of the person, who kidnapped and raped the victim.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.

7. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
