The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 906 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 471, 472 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged agreement and sale deed. Further submission is that during the course of investigation also the mobile numbers, which are mentioned, does not belong to the petitioner, which creates doubt to the prosecution case. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
