On the last occasion, we requested Mr. Prasoon Sinha, learned Advocate for the Patna Municipal Corporation to contact Ms. Anindita Mukherjee and

Patna High Court MJC No.3599 of 2016(6) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 inform her that she ought to present herself before the Court today for contesting this matter, if at all she is still desirous of doing so.

Mr. Prasoon Sinha has informed us that Ms.

Anindita Mukherjee could not be contacted.

Thus, we dismiss this contempt petition for non-prosecution with a liberty to the petitioner to have the matter revived, if the grievance till continues, by filing a two pages affidavit indicating the reasons for revival of this contempt.
