The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rishiup P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 dated 24.05.2016 instituted for the offences under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name transpired in the confession of the co-accused Santosh Kumar.

Though the petitioner is shown to have been made accused in four criminal cases but Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that in all the cases, the petitioner is on bail. He has also submitted that in one of the cases, the petitioner has been acquitted. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53397 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016.
