2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of Aaganwadi Sevika on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was appointed Aaganwadi Sevika after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, the same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76092 of 2024(2) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from her services. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, fact that services of the petitioner has already been terminated and clean antecedents, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Nawagachiya, District- Bhagalpur in connection with Rangra P. S. Case No. 33 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
