The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant, caught her both the hands and attempted to ravish her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is next door neighbour and due to petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and even assuming the accusation the offence under Section 376/511 IPC is not made out. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24254 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, District - Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014.
