2. The present petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C.No. 13166 of 2012 which stood dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 02.07.2018.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 4 submits that the petitioner has not completed the construction work of the school building.
