JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this writ application is being filed for a direction to the respondents authority to pay, immediately, the salary of the petitioner from the Month December 2019, to April 2020, (total five months), which had not been paid by the Respondents authority despite the work done by the petitioner as Choukidar, properly and all attendance of the petitioner of these period was sent to Superintendent of Police, Kishanganj, by the Officer in-charge of Bahadurganj, Police Station, on 08.09.2020.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Kishanganj for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
